Well done for taking the time to subscribe to the NZHistory-teachers
e-mail list.

 

This coming Saturday is the 63rd anniversary of the riot at the
Featherston POW camp in which 48 unarmed Japanese POWs were shot dead.
Some suggestions as to how you might be able to incorporate this into
your teaching have been developed and placed in The Classroom. We hope
they are of some value to you and will give you some ideas about how you
can use the Week in NZHistory in your teaching.
